Can I plan my visit if I already know what needs repair?
Yes. Choose the service, describe the repair or tire work you want priced, and request a written estimate and completion window in the booking form. An advisor reviews the exact vehicle, parts and labor before giving a firm price or timing.
Plan your visitIs the time I choose confirmed?
Look for “Confirmed” on your booking. If it says “Requested,” we will confirm your drop-off time.

Yes. Share the claim number, carrier, adjuster and existing estimate during check-in. M&A can prepare its own itemized repair estimate or a supplement for discovered work. Insurer approval and payment depend on the carrier.

A written M&A estimate can list operations, labor hours and rates, parts and types, shop supplies, tax, claim details and an expected completion window. Review the specific scope and total before approving repairs.
