President and master technician. Mike leads service quality, guides the shop team and brings automotive and aircraft maintenance experience to the work.

Known to many customers simply as Mike, his focus as President is dependable repair work, practical technician support and a consistent experience as M&A grows. He works with Eyuel on the DMV Tire Supply initiative and the service relationships behind the next stage of the business.

Eyuel Birhanu

Leads M&A’s operations, customer experience, technology and business development. Eyuel connects the front desk, shop floor and digital systems so the team can communicate clearly and keep service moving.

Through IBEX CD, Eyuel develops practical technology and business systems for independent companies. He also leads the DMV Tire Supply initiative with Mike, M&A’s President, building supply relationships for automotive shops and fleets across Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. The initiative’s planned launch is November 10, 2026.

Yodit

Leads administration and supports the people and processes behind the shop.

As M&A develops its repair and tire supply operations, Yodit’s work supports organized administration, clear responsibilities and the day-to-day coordination the team depends on.

Nicole

Your connection to the shop for visit planning, questions and service updates.

Nicole helps turn the first call or visit into a clear next step. Her front-office role supports appointment planning and communication as more customers connect with M&A.

Derrell Stephens

Helps customers understand service recommendations, estimates and the next step.

Derrell connects the customer’s concern with the shop’s findings. His focus is helping customers review recommendations and understand their estimate before they decide how to proceed.

Mustaffa

Brings more than 20 years of automotive repair experience to the team.

Mustaffa brings experienced hands to the repair team. His role in M&A’s growth is grounded in diagnosis, careful repairs and sharing practical shop knowledge with the people around him.

Diego Marroquin

Supports authorized Maryland Vehicle Safety Inspections at the Hyattsville station.

Diego’s inspection role supports a clear path through Maryland Vehicle Safety Inspection at the Hyattsville shop. He helps keep the inspection process and the repair conversation connected for customers and staff.

Mohammed

Part of the team caring for vehicles that need body and collision work.

Mohammed supports the body and collision side of the shop. His work helps M&A care for customers whose vehicles need attention beyond routine maintenance, with repair scope and next steps discussed through the team.
