SMS Terms

These terms cover the optional service messaging program operated by M&A Auto Repair — M AND A AUTO AND TIRE SERVICES CENTER LLC, 6181 Annapolis Road, Hyattsville, MD 20784.
Your choice, every visit.
Texting is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, booking or receiving service. You can choose phone or email instead.
A repair authorization or electronic signature does not enroll you in text messages. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Text consent is a separate choice and never starts selected. Check-in asks you to choose service texts or phone / email; either choice lets you continue.
Messages you can choose to receive
If you opt in, we may text you about the appointment, repair or service you requested: appointment confirmations and reminders, repair progress, estimate-authorization requests, pickup readiness, and updates on requested roadside, mobile or fleet service. This program does not include promotional or marketing texts. Service messages may be sent from +1 (888) 991-7505.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation; no further program messages should be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact (240) 289-3708 or info@maautorepair.com. You can also ask the team to update your communication preference. You can continue to receive automotive service without texts.
Delivery & account access
Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are not an emergency service. For immediate danger, injury or fire, call 911.
A one-time access code is sent only when you request it; requesting a code does not subscribe you to recurring updates or marketing. You may instead use your private tracking PIN or contact the shop for access help.
