Use booking to choose a location and preferred arrival time. If you are bringing the vehicle in, complete check-in with your contact details, vehicle, concern and signed repair authorization. Booking and check-in do not require an account. If you already have an appointment, use its reference and the same phone number so the team can connect your arrival to the existing visit.
Your Digital Garage holds your saved vehicles and repair access. Sign in with your username and password, or verify a repair using the private access details the shop provided. Review inspection findings, the estimate, customer updates and invoices from the same repair. Keep your private PIN to yourself. If you cannot open the record, call the service desk with your repair reference.
The advisor explains recommended work and pricing before approval. A booking is not an authorization for additional repairs. For changes to approved work, payment questions or pickup arrangements, contact the service desk. Do not send card numbers or passwords through ordinary messages.
