Accessibility & language help
Ways to request assistance using the website or arranging service.

Service should be easy to reach
We aim to make these tools usable with touch, keyboards, screen readers and enlarged text. If a page, form or document is difficult to use, contact the team with the page and the task you are trying to finish. You can arrange service or ask for a paper form by phone or at the shop.
Using these tools
Forms use labels, visible keyboard focus and written status messages. Color is accompanied by text. Check-in uses a drawn signature with a finger, stylus or mouse; a paper option is available through the front desk. Motion is reduced when your device requests it. You may enlarge text with your browser settings.
The public navigation and automated guide offer English, Spanish, French and Amharic. Some operational forms and disclosures are currently in English. Ask for help understanding any form before signing; language assistance availability is confirmed by the team.
This statement describes our approach and support options. It is not a certification that every connected third-party tool meets an accessibility standard.
