Does my brake estimate include pads and rotors?
Compare the work by axle, parts and labor. A brake inspection establishes what your vehicle needs before replacement is recommended.
What should appear on the estimate?
Ask whether the scope covers front, rear or both axles; which pads and rotors are included; and whether hardware or caliper work is separate. Compare the same scope rather than a package name.
What evidence supports replacement?
Ask for the measurements and findings that support each recommendation, with photos where available. Tell the advisor about grinding, vibration or a change in braking and when it occurs.
How do I approve additional work?
Review the revised description and total in your Digital Garage or with the advisor. Added work requires documented approval. Your customer history keeps the estimate, approved repair and receipt together.
Vehicle findings, the written estimate and confirmed appointment details determine your service.
