YOUR TIME
45-minute Express promise
For a confirmed Express sedan appointment at Hyattsville, your inspection result is ready within 45 minutes—or receive $20 off your next oil change.
The clock starts at your confirmed appointment time, or completed check-in if you arrive late. Bring your registration and a vehicle ready for inspection. We complete every required safety check; repair time is separate. Credit valid for six months. Ask the team to confirm an Express slot; ordinary bookings do not automatically qualify.
Receive one $20 voucher for your next regular oil change or brake service after a passing M&A Maryland inspection. Valid for six months from your pass date.
Bring your passing receipt. One redemption per passing inspection, per vehicle. No cash value. Staff verifies the receipt and records redemption on your invoice.
Catch common problems before your state inspection.
Our focused rideshare pre-check looks at tires, wipers, lights and brakes. Ask for the price and expected turnaround before work begins.
M&A Rideshare Pre-check Promise
If your vehicle clears our documented pre-check but fails its next official Maryland inspection at M&A, we waive otherwise applicable fees for its eligible M&A re-inspection.
Return to the original M&A station within 30 days and before driving another 1,000 miles after the official inspection. All failed items and any newly observed defects must meet Maryland standards. Repairs and a new full inspection outside the return window are separate. This limited pre-check is not a complete state inspection, an inspection certificate, or Uber/Lyft approval. M&A is independent of those platforms. No repair purchase is required for this pre-check promise.
One repair here. Your eligible re-inspection fee waived.
After a failed official inspection at M&A, have us repair at least one failed item and we waive all otherwise applicable fees for your eligible return re-inspection—even if you repair the remaining items elsewhere.
Return to the original M&A station within 30 days and before driving another 1,000 miles after the official inspection. All failed items and any newly observed defects must meet Maryland standards. Repairs and a new full inspection outside the return window are separate. Visual-only rechecks needing no equipment remain free regardless of who repairs the vehicle.
Use your phone or our tablet-ready kiosk to enter your details and sign the service authorization. Have your registration ready; the VIN camera can read a supported barcode or a barcode photo. You can always type it instead.
Hand keys to the service desk and confirm the drop-off. Secure key lockers and the upgraded “Pass or Play” lounge with Wi-Fi, workstations and premium coffee are planned amenities; ask what is available for your visit.
Valid for six months after your passing M&A Maryland inspection. Present your passing inspection receipt with this voucher. One redemption per passing inspection, per vehicle; no cash value. The receipt establishes eligibility—printing this page does not issue a passing result.
No. A full official inspection determines the result. Our promise covers the eligible M&A re-inspection fee if the next official inspection at M&A fails after a cleared pre-check.
What if another shop failed my car?
Bring its report for a repair estimate. Limited re-inspection belongs to the original station within the time and mileage limits. Switching to M&A for the official inspection generally means a new full inspection.
Can I combine the two $20 benefits?
The pass voucher and an earned 45-minute delay credit are separate benefits. If both apply, both may be used on the next qualifying oil change, up to the service charge. Neither has cash value.
