RepairPal referrals and repair visits
RepairPal is a referral and shop-network source. It is not automatically the warranty administrator or the payer for a repair.
Bring the referral details; M&A handles the repair conversation.
- Share your RepairPal appointment or referral reference at booking or check-in.
- Tell the advisor the concern in your own words and provide the vehicle VIN and mileage.
- M&A diagnoses the concern and prepares a written estimate for your review.
- Any applicable network pricing, warranty or partner requirement is checked for the specific referral before you authorize work.
A RepairPal referral does not by itself authorize repairs or promise a warranty-company payment. Additional work needs its own explanation and approval.
Keep the repair authorization clear
M&A will explain the proposed work and customer responsibility before repairs begin. A provider review or estimate submission is not your authorization for the shop to perform repairs.
