Collision repair and auto insurance claims
If your vehicle was damaged in a crash, M&A can inspect it, document the visible damage, prepare a repair estimate and coordinate claim details with your insurer.
Keep the repair and the claim details together.
- Bring your insurer name, claim number and adjuster contact if assigned.
- Share any insurer estimate, photos, tow receipt and instructions you received.
- M&A reviews the vehicle and documents damage; hidden damage may require a supplemental estimate.
- The insurer’s coverage decision and M&A’s repair authorization are separate. Review the M&A estimate and approve work before repairs begin.
A claim does not guarantee coverage, payment, rental benefits or a particular repair amount. Your policy, insurer decision and written M&A authorization control.
Keep the repair authorization clear
M&A will explain the proposed work and customer responsibility before repairs begin. A provider review or estimate submission is not your authorization for the shop to perform repairs.
