Move away from active traffic when possible, activate hazard lights and call 911 for injuries, fire, fuel leakage or a vehicle stopped in a dangerous lane.

Send the exact address, direction of travel, nearest exit or landmark and a current device location when available. Photos can help identify the correct truck and equipment.

Prepare for dispatch
State the vehicle type, service needed, tire size or towing destination and any access problem such as a locked garage or low-clearance structure.
