Before you begin

Is this the official Maryland inspector exam?

No. M&A provides independently written practice material based on linked public sources. The actual state examination and licensing process are administered through the official program.

What score passes this practice exam?

The published format requires 16 correct answers out of 20, or 80%. Exam mode ends when 16 answers are correct or five are incorrect. Study mode lets you work through the selected questions with explanations.

Can I take the official test in Spanish, French, or Amharic?

The published MSP bulletin says official tests are in English without translator assistance. The four languages here are study aids, and the language selector lets you rehearse in English.

Will completing the course certify me?

No. Practice results are learning feedback, not a license, state examination result, or qualification. Follow the state's application, written testing, and demonstrated-ability requirements.
