Website terms and service information.
Vehicle-specific estimates, repair orders, inspection documents, financing/payment agreements and signed repair authorizations contain the terms that apply to a specific transaction and control where they differ from this general website page.

Website use

This website provides service information, appointment requests, customer check-in, repair-status access, fleet tools and communication options. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment time, completion date, price, parts availability or coverage by an insurer or warranty provider.

Estimates, approvals and pricing

Online prices may be firm, starting prices or planning estimates as labeled. Vehicle-specific work, parts, taxes, shop supplies, diagnostics, storage, towing and outside services require the written estimate, repair order or other authorization applicable to the visit.

Accounts and secure links

Customers, fleet contacts and staff are responsible for protecting private access links, one-time codes and login credentials. Contact M&A immediately if access information may have been shared or compromised.

Third-party services

Parts suppliers, payment processors, vehicle-data providers, insurers, towing providers and other outside services operate under their own terms. An M&A link or integration does not guarantee that a third party will approve an account, provide inventory or accept a transaction.

Electronic communication

When a customer supplies an email address or phone number, M&A may use it for requested appointments, repair updates, estimates, authorizations, invoices and account security. Marketing communication requires any consent required by applicable law and may be stopped through the instructions provided.

Service-specific documents

Warranty coverage, storage, payment, insurance, financing, inspection and repair terms vary by transaction. Customers should review the estimate, repair authorization, invoice and any separate agreement presented for their vehicle before approving work.

12-Month / 12,000-Mile Limited Repair Warranty

Unless a repair line, supplied-part agreement, manufacturer warranty, fleet/insurance authorization, or other written transaction document states different coverage, qualifying M&A-installed parts and labor are covered for the earlier of 12 months or 12,000 miles from the documented repair/invoice mileage.

This limited warranty applies to defects in the qualifying M&A-installed part or M&A workmanship for the documented repair. It does not cover unrelated failures, normal wear, abuse, collision or environmental damage, racing/overloading, customer-supplied parts unless specifically accepted in writing, unauthorized modification or repair by another party, or a failure caused by a different component. Manufacturer or supplier warranty procedures may apply to particular parts.

Warranty evaluation requires reasonable access to inspect the vehicle and the original invoice/repair record. M&A may repair, replace, or otherwise remedy a covered item as appropriate. This section supplements—but does not replace—Maryland customer rights, written estimates/authorizations, and any more specific written warranty terms on the repair documents.
