Information submitted to M&A
Information may include contact details, appointment requests, customer check-in information, vehicle details, signatures, repair and insurance information, photos, documents, fleet records, estimates, approvals, invoices and communications. M&A uses it to provide requested shop services, administer accounts, communicate about work and maintain required business records.
First-party visitor activity
The website records anonymous page views and important actions such as navigation, booking starts, check-in submissions, repair-status checks and click-to-call activity. The system stores pseudonymous visitor and session references, general device/browser type, referring website and page section. It does not place form contents, passwords, payment-card data or raw IP addresses in the visitor-analytics table.
Visitor events are scheduled for deletion after 13 months. Operational, repair, accounting or legally required records can have different retention requirements.
Sharing and service providers
M&A may use hosting, email, text messaging, payment, accounting, vehicle-data, parts, insurance, towing and other providers as needed to operate the requested service. Information is not sold through this website. Third-party providers process information under their own agreements and privacy terms.
Security and choices
Private files are stored outside the public web folder when supported by the hosting environment. Staff permissions limit access by role. Customers may contact M&A to request access or correction where applicable, or to ask questions about communication preferences.
